I’m Andrea Ketola, a Registered Massage Therapist providing client-centered care focused on pain relief, recovery, and overall wellbeing. I graduated with distinction from an accelerated massage therapy program and have been practicing since November 2025. Each session is tailored to your goals, comfort, and what your body needs that day.
I’m new to Strathroy after 15 years in London and am enjoying the change of pace that small town life brings. Growing up in Northern Ontario, I’ve always appreciated the friendly, tight knit communities, and Strathroy feels like a perfect fit.
My approach is collaborative and adaptable, with clear communication and informed consent throughout treatment. Whether you’re managing pain, recovering from injury, or just looking to move and feel better, sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
I believe effective treatment isn’t one-size-fits-all. Care should feel professional, supportive, and empowering. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable, heard, and confident in taking care of your body.
What to Expect
Your first appointment will begin with a brief discussion of your health history, goals, and any areas of concern. This may also include an assessment to help guide treatment and ensure care is both safe and effective.
Throughout the session, communication and consent are ongoing, and pressure and techniques are always adjusted to your comfort. Treatment plans are flexible and may change from session to session based on how your body responds.

No referral is required to book an appointment.

Many extended health insurance plans cover Registered Massage Therapy. Coverage varies by provider, so it’s best to confirm your individual plan details.

Direct billing is not currently available. Receipts are provided after each appointment and can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Wear whatever is comfortable. Undressing is always based on your comfort level and the areas being treated, and you will be properly draped throughout the session.

If you’re unsure, a 60-minute session is a good place to start. Treatment length can always be adjusted for future visits based on your needs.

Pressure and techniques are always adjusted to your comfort, and communication is encouraged throughout the session.

Frequency varies depending on your goals, concerns, and how your body responds to treatment. This can be discussed and adjusted over time.

Payment is accepted by cash, e-transfer, debit, or credit card for your convenience.

Policies
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to respect the time of other clients.
The full treatment fee will still apply.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment cost.
Appointments cancelled after 9:00 a.m. on the day of the appointment will be charged the full appointment fee.
No shows will also be charged the full appointment fee.
Missed appointment fees must be paid prior to booking future appointments.
This policy allows appointment times to be offered to other clients and helps support a sustainable practice. Thank you for your understanding.
Respectful Conduct Policy
Massage therapy is provided in a professional and therapeutic setting. Any inappropriate, abusive, or sexualized behaviour will not be tolerated.
Treatment will be ended immediately if such behaviour occurs, and full payment will be required. Future appointments will be declined.
This policy exists to ensure a safe and respectful environment for both client and practitioner.
Right to Refuse Treatment Policy
For the safety of both client and practitioner, the Registered Massage Therapist reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if there is a concern regarding client health, safety, or appropriateness of massage therapy at the time of the appointment.
This may include, but is not limited to, situations where massage therapy is contraindicated, consent cannot be obtained, or respectful conduct expectations are not met.
